Gaëlle Deschamps

YOUR HOST & CONFIDENCE COACH

Gaëlle has over 20 years experience with Global world-class companies, where she specialised in Leadership, Training, Facilitation and Executive Coaching, where she helped people reach their full potential. She was a Global Faculty member of the Coca-Cola University, which trains over 86,000 employees.

Gaëlle’s energy is contagious, combining a high dose of positivity with a can-do attitude. She possesses great charisma, strong interpersonal skills and has built many fruitful multi-cultural relationships internationally.

She is the founder of G Force, www.gforceco.co.uk, designer of the Art of Confidence© programme, a certified coach and published author.

Together with her husband, they own the Château de Vezins and have spent the last 15 years transforming it to bring it back to its original splendour.

She will be hosting you and leading The Art of Confidence© workshops and activities.

CLARE CONNOLLY

YOUR HEARTMATH® TRAINER, MEDITATION & YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Clare is the Meditation Coach for BBC Radio London and produces the Meditation Broadcast that can be heard on the Jo Good Show. Clare has spent over 15 years teaching Yoga at leading London Yoga studios. She is passionate about helping her students to live a more well balanced, happy, healthy life - encouraging them to harness the power of their innate wellness by guiding them into practices that help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

Also an actress, experienced in the West End and on Television, Clare is a creative, though her passion also lies in science and studying and exploring the links between the two. A dedicated student to her own spiritual practices and science she threads themes of neurology, endocrinology and quantum science into her teachings to help people understand and feel the benefits of these ancient practices on a much deeper level.

She will be leading your daily Meditation and Yoga practices at the Château and will also teach you The Resilience Advantage™ direct from HeartMath®. HeartMath’s principles include practical solutions to help you lower your stress, revitalise energy and resilience, and restore your mental, emotional and physical balance.

One of the best bedrooms in the Château. 26m2 bedroom with a 18m2 private balcony. 2mx2m bed, fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower. Louis XIII bedroom shares the bathroom with this room, Jack and Jill equal access.

One of the best bedrooms in the Château. 29m2 bedroom with 13m2 Ensuite bathroom. Has a stunning gilded four-poster bed 1.6x2m, fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower.

The largest suite in the Château. 60m2 bedroom with 2 adjacent bedrooms. This is a double bedroom, with a 2mX2m bed, sofa, walk-in closet and 4 windows. Both bedrooms share the same shower room, which has a double walk-in shower.

Located on the first floor. 21 m2 with 2 single Louis XIII original carved poster beds. Dark, moody room with an authentic feel. Louis XIII bedroom shares the bathroom with the Gold Suite, Jack and Jill equal access.

BIRDS - This room is AVAILABLE

Located on the 2nd floor. 21m2 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms on the second floor have apparent wooden beams on the ceiling and a shabby chic décor. Rooms have access to a small kitchen, a lounge area with sofas, day beds with cosy cushions. The recently renovated shower room, fitted with a large walk-in shower, is shared amongst the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

How many people are on this retreat?

The Retreat is limited to 12 places per retreat to ensure intimate and personalised experience. First come first served basis. Note this programme only happens once a year. If we cannot fit you in this cohort, you will go on the waiting list for next year.

How do I book?

Pay the non-refundable down payment of £600 by clicking the book now button, the balance is due by the 15th of July. Instalments price plan payment available upon request. We will accommodate room requests where we can. If that room is unavailable, we will offer you the next best available option.

What is not included?

Prices exclude: Flights & transfers. (We can help you arrange transfers)

Check in and check out?

Arrival before 3pm on 26th Sept 2023. Depart the Château anytime after 2pm on 1st Oct 2023.

What about Covid?

If Covid-19 prevented you from joining or us from running the event, you will recieve a voucher to use for the same retreat the following year.
